Whether you're a flight attendant or frequent flyer, you are always on the go. It's difficult to maintain an exercise and diet routine without adding travel to the mix. With flights and travel, it usually is nearly impossible. Shelby is a flight attendant and Casey is a personal trainer, so together they crafted a guide with exercise routines and tips, eating out in new cities, even how to pack, do self-care and save money while on the go.

There are lots of travel guides out there, but this is a useful and general one that can apply no matter where you're flying to. It's also great advice for working in exercise and good nutrition on a daily basis.

DeleteWish I had read this before our recent trip. I always try to bring snacks and plenty of water on road trips, but all the eating out at restaurants can be tough. I'll have to see if my library has a copy of this.
