It's Beach Reads Season! Add these books to your beach bag

Summer is almost here and it's time to start thinking about the best beach books to put in your bag for your trip to the beach or lake.  If you can't get away this year, reading these books can still put you in a beach frame of mind.  Here are some books that I am looking forward to this summer:

Ten Kids, Two Lovebirds, and a Signing Mermaid by Cathy Lamb

A humorous, hopeful novel about two broken families. Set in Huntington Beach, California in 1979, the O’Briens and Rossis become next door neighbors and life is never the same again.  This book is an emotional look at the break up of a family because of the selfishness of one of the parents.  It is full of kids and fun and will make you laugh out loud.

Summers at the Saint by Mary Kay Andrews

You can always tell that summer is just around the corner when you get a new Mary Kay Andrews book to read.  Once again, she has given her readers a fantastic mix of romance and mystery in a book full of lovable and quirky characters in a beachside hotel.  What can be better than that?
